Program description
Crazy Bubba, operated by John Fite, offers optional text messages to buyers of personalized videos. Messages contain video playback and download links and information related to video delivery. This program does not send promotional messages.
Consent to receive texts
You enroll by providing your own mobile phone number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website.
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent. Consent to receive texts is not required to purchase a video. Text messages are sent only to consenting buyers.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your orders and delivery requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
How to unsubscribe
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
You may also request removal by emailing [support email].

Delivery limitations
Text delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Video access and sharing
Your video delivery link permits playback and downloading while the video remains available. Anyone with the link may access the video, so share it carefully.
Online access ends 30 days after the designated delivery date or after 10 completed downloads total, whichever occurs first. Downloads are shared across everyone using the link. Playback does not count toward the download limit.
Download your video before access ends if you wish to keep it. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel your purchase or change the video’s availability period.
